Pit Style Hydraulic Dock Leveler
XL Series Hydraulic dock levelers by Poweramp® are the ultimate in heavy-duty hydraulic dock equipment. The complete hydraulic system includes fluid logic block technology engineered and manufactured by Poweramp® for use specifically on dock levelers.
XL Series levelers come in 8’, 8’6”, & 9’ standard widths and 8’, 10’, & 12’ standard lengths. Please consult factory for other sizes. Standard capacities for the XL Series are 45K, 50K, 60K, & 80K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

Deck Mounted Pump and Motor
The PR leveler pump and motor are mounted to the leveler deck making cleaning easier and protecting the unit from dock debris.

Extra wide widths for complete access to the truck opening
The extra wide widths of the XL leveler allow complete access to the entire truck opening without the narrow pit as an obstruction.

Fluid Logic Block
The Fluid Logic Block mechanically controls the flow of hydraulic fluid from the main lifting cylinder to the lip cylinder, this method is far more reliable than standard coil and shuttle valve style flow diversion

Automatic lowering bumpers
Bumpers move out of the way of the leveler, providing complete access to the truck when below dock.

Folding and Locking Toe Guards
PR levelers utilize folding and locking toe guards. Much stronger and longer lasting than standard sliding style toe guards

Recessing Lip Cylinder
The lip cylinder recesses away from the lip after the leveler has rested on the back of the truck preventing wear on the seals while the leveler moves up and down with the bed of truck.

Maintenance Check Plate in Deck
The PR's maintenance check plate allows for preventive maintenance to take place from above dock saving manpower and money and allowing for inspection and adjustments while the overhead door is closed
